Pro Pract — Week 7 Reflection

This week, I finished up retrofitting a project and have put it in my portfolio. I’ve also did a job interview with a local company. In the interview I talked about some of the projects I did. It was nice to actually got practice about telling my work to others, and it made me realize which part of the narrative should I work on to make the oral storytelling more compelling and logical. For the coming week, I am currently working on finalizing a research project, 511.org Usability Test, before moving it into my portfolio. This is estimated to take about 2–3 days, and when this is done, I will start to apply to more companies. The work of transferring all the materials and constructing the narratives on the site for Junior Review will start as soon as my portfolio is done.

For the Friendship Action Team, my partner and I have also been working on the slides and materials for the past week, now that we got s solid theme and structure of the event. Next week we’ll be talking to the other teams to see how we could make the most use of all of our resources to promote a the event inside and outside CCA community.
